(2) EACH, 375 Gallon MYERS Model V550A-20-40 Dual Shaft Vacuum Mixer with High Speed Disperser and Sweep Agitation. Has 20 HP and 40 HP (XP) Explosion Proof motors. 316 Stainless Jacketed Mix tank total approx. volume is 440 gallon with 375 Gallon working capacity with 3" outlet. Explosion Proof control panels included. Units were installed and test run for a short time only. See attached drawing for more information.
The Myers 550 Series line of dispersers handle higher viscosity products in excess of 300,000 cP. The Myers patented disc impeller disperses, while the low-speed sweep blade provides batch circulation for viscous products.
